creation of orders, quotations, invoices, and statements -- omitting
any sort of accounting functions. If paperwork creation without
accounting is your goal, or if you are willing to work out your own
interface, this nicely-featured program deserves consideration. The
system accommodates customer, supplier, and product listings for
conveniently producing a document. Data can be imported and reports
can be exported as text or .csv files, enabling you to choose fields
for export. A compact button bar gives you access to each function,
including a calculator. The creation process is eased by automation,
with choices, autocompletion, and calculations of certain items as you
enter data. Small Business Invoicing System has ten different tax
rates and many reasonably attractive print format options, including
the ability to fax pages using your software.
